Investigating the Effect of Saturated Hydraulic Conductivity in Porous Pipe Irrigation System and Comparing to Other Parameters

Abstract A subsurface porous pipe irrigation system has been widely used, water seeps from the into soil. Such systems can carry out both conveyance and seepage in same time. Hence by this research, it is investigated effect of saturated hydraulic conductivity on movement soil moisture contents using five values 0.05, 0.075, 0.1, 0.125, 0.15 cm/hr for pipe. The installed at a depth 15 cm with 6 as outer diameter. Then heads 25, 50, 75 are applied 2 hours an operation Preparations HYDRUS/2D done all movements recorded Empirical functions found collected data sides horizontal vertical directions average relative error value not exceeds 4 % coefficients determination more than 0.97. Therefore, these empirical well fitted be used indicator designing irrigation.
